Life as a Grand Highlander
Life in Grand Highlands means something different to each resident as there are so many things to do and experience—regardless of whether you embrace a highly-active lifestyle, prefer a moderately-active tranquil life, or fall somewhere in between. We have a vibrant and engaging community of folks with diverse backgrounds that hail from all over the country. This has fostered an environment that provides abundant opportunities for joyful and stimulating social interactions—and boy-do-we-have the perfect places to facilitate these gatherings. For starters, we have a newly-built stately (and state-of-the-art) timber frame clubhouse that includes a well-appointed pub room, a multi-purpose “grand hall,” decked-out game room with a golf simulator and shuffleboard table, large media room, expansive dining facility, meeting rooms, and more. Complementing the indoor facilities are the outdoor gathering spaces, which include 3 fire pits, a top-notch dog park, the grounds surrounding our vintage barn, and extensive verandas and terraces surrounding the clubhouse affording breathtaking panoramic views of the mountains in every direction.
When you feel the need to respond to the call of the wild, seek adventure, or just simply get out and move your body, the options are plentiful and marvelous. We have miles of nature trails that meander through captivating highland forests and meadows; a top-tier fitness center, tennis and pickleball court, an equestrian facility, and miles of paved roads within our gates to walk, jog, or exercise your dog. And if you’re into golf, boating, biking, climbing or fishing, there are many excellent options nearby to engage in these activities too.
Grand Highlands is the perfect place to relax, enjoy nature, and spend quality time with family and friends. Yes, life is good here… very good indeed.
