Grand Highlands Clubhouse
With craftsmanship as breathtaking as the panoramic views surrounding it, this newly-constructed 12,000 square-foot architectural gem is the social epicenter of our community. Designed in the style of a traditional mountain lodge with its rustic stonework and heavy timber construction, it was created exclusively for the residents of Grand Highlands. Its winsome, casual elegance is warm and inviting—making it a natural gathering place for friends and family. Several areas within the structure were designed expressly for socializing and entertaining, such as the spacious Summit Pub Room, replete with a massive bar with stools strategically positioned to maximize your viewing pleasure of the sweeping mountain vistas to the west; there’s also a plenitude of tables, chairs & benches, two large hi-def TV’s, a high-tech sound system, a fireplace, dart board, kegerator, and much more. You’ll want to spend a lot of time here.
And then there’s the Grand Hall, with its massive timbers reaching upward and over the room’s high ceilings. There are several cozy seating areas here for smaller groups to gather, and perhaps imbibe their favorite libation while enjoying the warmth emanating from a crackling fire in the large stone fireplace. This is also the room that serves as the venue for the popular “Live on the Mountain” house concerts, which feature world-class entertainers from around the globe. (They always marvel about the superb acoustics of the immense, wood-clad room.)
Yes, there’s more: surrounding the entire structure are expansive decks and verandas from which you can feast your eyes on the stunning panoramic mountain views... in all directions; we have a TV Lounge outfitted with comfortable seating to enjoy watching a ball game or movie with friends on a large 4K flat-screen TV; there’s a fully-equipped modern kitchen; a huge game room where you could play a game of poker, shuffleboard, or even practice your golf swing using the high-end golf simulator; and then there’s the library and large dining room, where residents often have their club meetings. (There are numerous social clubs to appeal to a variety of interests.)
When you’re feeling the urge to get active… really active, hit the amazing fitness center or the tennis/pickleball court, just outside.
So you see, the clubhouse is the place to be. There’s always something to do, you’ll always feel welcomed, and will certainly have good times and create special memories.
