C. Neither the Company nor any real estate broker is responsible in any manner for the performance of the obligations of a Preferred Builder chosen by a Grand Highlands buyer. Buyer agrees to look solely to the builder for enforcement of any claims for nonperformance, breach of warranty or any other matter relating to the construction of the buyer’s home.
