Reflecting the style of U.S. Open courts, Grand Highlands' USTA hard surface blue tennis court optimizes the visibility of a tennis ball during a game. The court also is marked for pickleball—a mixture of ping-pong, badminton and tennis, which is sweeping the country in its popularity. The gated / fenced court also has a tennis ball machine to assist in elevating your game on those solo trips to the court. After a spirited match with your opponent, you can opt to hit the showers in the adjacent clubhouse, change into fresh clothes in the locker room, and then chill with your favorite libation in the Summit Pub Room or one the sprawling decks—taking-in the massive views of the Blue Ridge mountains.
